- I got a suggestion for you. Obviously you want to talk about animation
- techniques, and other "related" topics. And you've been pissed for about two
- months now because the LW group has been mostly "When, what, and how much".
-
- Unsubscribe until you see LW4.0 on the shelves. Questions regarding the ship
- date and the new features of 4.0 are going to be the majority of the talk here
- until it actually ships. Can't help public curiosity. Do yourself a favor
- (and the rest of us) and don't read c.g.p.LightWave until 4.0 is available.

- No arguments here.

- "a lot of others" = "us", no? Hmm.... We've come full circle.

- Sorry for the childish nature of this entire thread. I'm sure all of US will
- be much more happy when LW 4.0 is sitting happily on OUR desktops. Until
- then, if the frequent questions about shipping dates, features, and what
- actually belongs in this group is annoying to you, learn how to use a threaded
- newsreader with kill files. But, as a note to the curious among us, please
- keep the chatter about those things that are annoying to others to a minimum
- and contained in threads.
-
- If anyone wants help setting up NewsX (a wonderful newsreader) in windows,
- I'll be more than happy to walk them through setting up TIA (A SLIP emulator
- for a regular login shell account), NetManage's Chameleon TCP/IP for windows,
- and NewsX. I did it for free. It saves me quite a headache.
-
- Back to business?
